At Refermeo, we understand agents are concerned with overhead costs. That is why we keep the subscription price low and eliminate hidden costs. But what kind of return on investment (ROI) can you expect exactly? Here’s a basic example assuming you receive a buyer referral:

Sale price of the referred buyer’s new home: $250,000.00
Buyer-side commission paid to your broker: 2.5%

That’s a gross commission income to your broker of $6,250.

Generally, because these are broker-to-broker referrals, your broker will pay a “referral fee” to the referring broker. Assuming a referral fee of 25%, that leaves your broker with $4,687.50.

The amount you take home, of course, depends on your split with your broker. But for example, if your split is 70/30, then you will net $3,281.25.

You paid $499 for an annual subscription, but with the one transaction in the example above you just realized an ROI of over 550%! And that’s if you only do one transaction during your subscription period.
